Resilience & Reinvention

You survived.
Now it's time to thrive.

We created Resilience & Reinvention for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode with more clarity, courage, and intention, and we paired it with a companion workbook to help you make the journey personal.

Start with the book, add the workbook, and choose the format that fits you best. For women ready to move from survival mode to more aligned living.

Sound familiar?

You've been the strong one
for a very long time.

You keep going. You show up for everyone. You get things done. And somewhere along the way, you started wondering — when does someone show up for you?

Burnout that won't budge

You've rested, you've tried to reset — but the exhaustion runs deeper than sleep can fix. It's bone-deep and it's been building for years.

Superwoman syndrome

Being capable became a curse. Now everyone expects you to handle everything — and saying no feels like letting people down.

"I'll focus on me later"

Your goals, your joy, your reinvention — they keep getting pushed to the back burner. Later never comes.

Lost in the in-between

You know this chapter of your life isn't it — but you're not sure what the next one looks like or how to get there.

"Survival mode was never meant to be a permanent address." We wrote Resilience & Reinvention to help you find your way out.

What's inside

Two tools.
One powerful next step.

We designed these to work together. The book helps you see yourself more clearly, and the workbook helps you turn that clarity into honest action.

  • Guided prompts connected to the themes of the book
  • Reflection exercises to help you process what resonates
  • Practical space to name patterns, choices, and next steps
  • A personal roadmap for reinvention built by you
  • Designed to be returned to again and again
Choose your best format

Everyone reads and learns differently.

Choose the format that fits how you like to read, reflect, and grow. You can keep it simple or mix print and digital in whatever way works best for you, and step into the kind of community learning that helps the work go deeper.

Choose Your Book Format

If you want the simplest path, Amazon lets you choose print or Kindle in one place. If Apple Books or Google Play is where you already love to read, you can keep your library there too.

Best if you want the message, the framework, and the stories in the format that feels most natural to you.

A few good questions

Answers before you begin.

These are the questions we’d want answered too, especially if you’re deciding how to start and whether you need both tools right away.

Do I need both the book and the workbook?
You don't have to start with both — but most women who begin with just the book come back for the workbook once they realize how much they want to process what they're reading. Starting with both means you won't have to pause.
What order do I use them in?
Read a chapter, then work through the corresponding workbook section. They're built to move together.
Does it matter which format I choose?
Only in terms of how you like to work. Print is tactile and doesn't require a device. PDF works on any screen and, if you're moving toward digital community features, positions you well for what's coming.
Is this another book that tells me to meditate and journal more?
No. We wrote this because we were personally living through everything we explore. The frameworks are grounded in psychology, the stories are real, and nothing in here asks you to add more to your plate.
I already bought the book. Is there anything I should do?
We’d love to know you’re reading. Use this short form to tell us you got your copy — it helps us plan events, community, and what we build next.
Can I order multiple copies for a team or book club?
Yes. For bulk or group orders, use the bulk order form so we can route your request correctly.
How do I share photos or quotes from the book?
Post on your favorite platform and use #ResilienceandReinventioninaChaoticWorld🪷 so we can find and celebrate your story. Highlights and launch moments also live in the Readers & community section on this page.

We didn't write theory from a distance. We wrote from lived experience, from our community, and from decades of work in psychology, education, and culture.
